Access & Egress Control
The access and egress of site has for some of our customers been the front line of our service provision. Ensuring that only authorised access is given means that staff and property are kept secure.
Our customers utilise a variety of methods and processes for access and egress of their premisses. Our Security Officers are fully inducted in the process and systems used for identifying and managing the access and egress of visitors to their sites.
Authorised entry from gate to front door keeps our customers secure.
Our officers are trained to ensure that site procedures are notified to visitors and passes are issued so that access can be monitored and controlled. Some of our customers require specialist search procedures which our officers conduct in an appropriate and professional manner. We are also able to adapt to new procedures such as those required by our customers in response to Covid-19.
Keeping the front gate open to visitors and staff 24/7/365.
Our officers provide a variety of access and egress control procedures enabling our customers to provide access to their staff around the clock. It is the nature of some of our customers to require out of hours access without being fully open for business. Our security presence ensures that only authorised access is provided.
Search procedures conducted in a safe and legal manner.
Graffins Security Officers are trained to conduct correct, legal search procedures for the detection of unauthorised and prohibited items. Our officers are experienced in conducting Airport style searches on people and bags using metal detector and x-ray technology as well as physical searches of people and their possessions, vehicles, venues, buildings and boundaries.
Record keeping and emergency evacuations are a top priority.
Ensuring only authorised access is only one priority for our security officers. Graffins also understand the role we play in ensuring good records are kept of those coming and going from our customers properties These records are essential in the event of an emergency evacuation. We work with our customers to ensure that our evacuation procedures are as good as they can possibly be through collaborative mock fire drills and lessons learned ensuring minimal risk should a real scenario occur.
