Each Officer that Graffins assigned to a reception or concierge position has undergone advanced customer service training to become skilled in delivering this varied front of house role. In addition to excellent communication skills, our officers are trained to manage access and egress, welcoming visitors, and managing signing in / out procedures. They are able to issue visitor passes and are fully equipped to handle the many and varied requirements required in this role.
